Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the tkpkbd platform. By registering, you are considered to have agreed to all of these terms.

General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the tkpkbd platform and all of its services. By visiting the tkpkbd website, registering an account, or using any service, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms.
These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, please refrain from using our services.
1.1 Definitions
- "Platform" — The tkpkbd website and all services under it.
- "User" / "Member" — A person who has created an account on tkpkbd.
- "Bet" — A wager placed on any game or event on the platform.
- "Wallet" — The internal fund balance of a user's account.
- "Bonus" — Additional balance granted under a promotional offer.
1.2 Applicability
Even if these terms and conditions are translated into English or any other language, the original Bengali text shall be considered final. tkpkbd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To open an account on tkpkbd, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
- You cannot open a new account if you already have an active tkpkbd account.
- You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of anyone else.
- Your account must not have been previously cancelled.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.3 One Account Per Person
Only one account is permitted per person, household address, IP address or device. If multiple accounts are found, tkpkbd reserves the right to close them.

2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. If someone accesses your account without authorisation, notify our support team immediately. Use a strong password to protect your account and do not share it with third parties.
Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
3.2 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

Note: Withdrawals may be delayed until account verification is complete. tkpkbd may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.

3.5 Third-Party Payments
Deposits from another person's account are not accepted. Deposits must come from an account in the registered member's name. If evidence of third-party payment is found, tkpkbd may hold those funds.
Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. For deposits of ৳14,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (25x). For example: to withdraw a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳30,000 must be bet. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each promotion has its own validity period and conditions.
- tkpkbd reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
- Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud may result in account cancellation.
- A bonus applies once only, unless the promotion description states otherwise.
- VIP cashback and other offers are subject to separate terms.
4.4 VIP Program
tkpkbd has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond. Level changes are determined based on your activity and usage.
Betting Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. tkpkbd reserves the right to cancel bets accepted in error due to technical faults. In such cases, the original stake will be returned.
5.2 Winnings Payment
Winnings from successful bets are automatically added to your wallet. If you notice any discrepancy in a payout, notify our support team within 24 hours.
5.3 Data and Result Reliability
tkpkbd uses trusted third-party data feeds to determine the results of cricket, football and other sports events. If any official authority declares a match or event irregular, the related bets will be cancelled.
5.4 System Errors
If a bet result is displayed incorrectly due to a software or server error, the correct result will apply. tkpkbd reserves the right to recover any funds paid out as a result of an error.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkpkbd platform:
- Any form of fraud, scam or deceptive activity.
- Bonus abuse — such as creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
- Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
- Betting using automated bots, software or scripts.
- Any attempt to predetermine the outcome of a game.
- Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
- Attempting to carry out a cyber attack or hacking of the tkpkbd system.
Consequences: If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently cancelled and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.
Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 Suspension by tkpkbd
tkpkbd may investigate or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Reasonable suspicion of a breach of the terms and conditions.
- If the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
- Where an active investigation requires it.
- At the direction of a regulatory authority.
7.2 Closing Your Own Account
You may request to close your account at any time via 24/7 live chat or email. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed, provided there is no breach of the terms and conditions.
7.3 Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability
tkpkbd is not liable for the following:
- Betting disruptions caused by loss of internet connection.
- Transaction delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Misuse of your device or account by a third party resulting from your own negligence.
- Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, cyber attacks or government directives.
In any circumstance, tkpkbd's maximum liability will be limited to the original amount of the transaction in question.

tkpkbd places the highest priority on protecting your personal information. How we collect, store, and use your information is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

11.2 Formal Complaint
If the matter is not resolved via live chat, please write to [email protected] with full details. Include in your complaint: your username, date and time, transaction or bet ID, and a description of the issue.
11.3 Final Decision
tkpkbd will complete an investigation and communicate its decision. An honest and transparent process is followed to resolve disputes between both parties. tkpkbd's decision shall be considered final and binding.
